What is settled before you board

Hotels: Every night is booked in a 3- or 4-star hotel, twin share by default. A single room is available for a supplement confirmed at booking. Breakfast is served daily at the property, within walking distance of the old town on most routes.
Transport: Departures run by coach from Kyiv, Lviv or Warsaw, with a maximum of 12 travelers per vehicle. Border crossings, city transfers and all driving between stops are part of the fare, so no extra tickets are bought on the road.
Meals: Daily breakfast plus four group dinners on the 8-night routes. Vegetarian and halal menus are arranged if requested at booking. Remaining meals stay free so you can eat where you like.
Insurance: Medical and travel insurance is not included. We ask every traveler to hold a policy covering the Schengen area before departure, and our office will point you to providers that issue cover for Ukrainian passport holders.
Cancellation: A 20% deposit holds your seat. Cancel up to 21 days before departure for a full refund of the deposit, 50% between 20 and 8 days, and no refund inside 7 days. Read the full cancellation and refund policy or the booking steps.
